Woven Sleeveless Long Jacket with Sequin Skirt and Matching Inner - Maroon

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my hard-earned money has been handled by Taffy Kids. I made the payment trusting the company, but despite repeated requests, my money has still not been refunded.

What is even more concerning is that now my calls are not being answered, and I am not receiving any proper response or update regarding my refund. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant mental stress and financial inconvenience.

I request Taffy Kids to immediately look into this matter, process my pending refund without any further delay, and provide a clear explanation for the delay and lack of communication.

I am posting this complaint publicly because my repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly have failed. I hope the concerned management takes this issue seriously and resolves it at the earliest.

Please treat this as a formal complaint and arrange my refund immediately.
