Shipping policy

We would take a standard 5 to 7 working days to deliver your order using our shipping partner. We ship to all Indian states, addresses.

• All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.

• Orders are processed Monday-Saturday.

• We do not ship orders on Sundays, or holidays.

• Watch for an email from us after placing an order. We may need additional information to process your order.

• thetaffy.in is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• You should receive your orders within 2-3 business days. A fee of ₹100 will be applied for each return/exchange

• Please be sure to enter your full address including your pin code and phone number at checkout.

• The shipping charges on your shopping bag are clearly mentioned at the time of check-out. They are non-refundable at the time of return/exchange/cancellation of the order. The Shipping Policy is subject to change anytime. You are therefore recommended to review the policies frequently. However, the terms and points of the policy application will be the ones that were there at the time you placed the order.

• The courier services makes two delivery attempts before dispatching back the package to us. We recommend that you provide all your contact details accurately, especially your mobile number, so that the courier company can contact you before making the delivery attempt and ensure your availability at the time.
