Return and Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Taffykids

At Taffykids, we want you to love what you buy. If something doesn’t work out, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You will need your order number and registered contact details to submit the request.

3. One-Time Return or Exchange

Each product is eligible for only one return or exchange request.

Multiple return or exchange requests for the same item are not allowed.

Once a product has been exchanged, the exchanged product can only be returned one time.

4. Return Charges

A ₹100 return processing fee will be charged for all return requests.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Deduction Structure

Prepaid Orders

  • ₹100 will be deducted as reverse shipping/return processing charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • ₹200 will be deducted in total:
  • ₹100 as reverse shipping charge
  • ₹100 as original shipping charge (non-refundable)

5. Exchange Charges

There are no charges for exchange requests.

However, if the exchanged product is later returned, the applicable return charges will apply.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued as Taffykids Store Credit to the customer directly.

The refund will not be credited back to the original payment source such as a credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account.

Store credit can be used for future purchases on the Taffykids website.

7. Product Eligibility

Not all products are eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are requested to check the product page carefully before placing a return or exchange request.

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Products purchased under special discounts or promotional offers
  • Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the product page

8. Product Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.
