At Taffykids, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Here are the terms and conditions for the "Fill the Closet" collection:

  1. All items in the "Fill the Closet" collection are available at a flat price of ₹199 each.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹100 will apply. This COD charge is non-refundable.
  3. Items purchased under this offer/collection are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item received is damaged.
  4. In case of receiving a damaged item, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photos.
  5. This offer is valid while stocks last and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
  6. The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are FREE of cost.

  • You can exchange a product if you face size or fitting-related issues.

  • Exchange orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within the 7-day window from the date of delivery.

Charges:

  • All Orders: ₹100 will be deducted as reverse shipping charges.

  • COD Orders: An additional ₹100 forward shipping charge is non-refundable.


Refund Details

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after successful pickup and quality check.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Customers need to provide their bank account number and IFSC code while placing a return request.

  • Refunds will be processed to the provided account within 5-7 working days after successful pickup and quality check.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased during sale events (e.g., “Fill the Closet” or other promotional offers) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Share your order ID, reason for return or exchange, and relevant details (including bank info for COD returns).
