At Taffykids, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Here are the terms and conditions for the "Fill the Closet" collection:
- All items in the "Fill the Closet" collection are available at a flat price of ₹149 each.
- A maximum of 3 items can be purchased per order. If you wish to purchase more than 3 items, you will need to place multiple orders.
- A shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to each order.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹100 will apply. This COD charge is non-refundable.
- Items purchased under this offer/collection are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item received is damaged.
- In case of receiving a damaged item, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photos.
- This offer is valid while stocks last and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
- The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
Exchanges
we understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be a challenge. If the size of your item isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.
Exchanges for Size Variants
You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item for a different size from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of return shipping fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund.
- New Size Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the new size to you.
Conditions
- If the exchanged product is priced lower than the original product, the difference in amount will not be refunded. We recommend selecting a product of the same price or higher value for an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is not available, we will contact you with alternative options.
- Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
