Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us! Please read the following carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests for return or exchange must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate

  • Ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Eligibility

  • Not all products are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Please check the product page for eligibility before placing your order.

4. Return Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund per return request.

  • COD Orders: ₹100 forward shipping charge is non-refundable + ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted.

    • Total deduction for COD returns: ₹200 per return request.

5. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 working days after the return pickup is completed by our courier partner.

  • COD Orders: Customers must provide their bank account number and IFSC code. Refund will be processed to the provided bank account within 5–7 working days after the return pickup is completed.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are free of cost.

  • Exchange is allowed only for the same product in a different size.

  • Exchange with a different product is not allowed.

  • Products received in exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again.

7. Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery to support@thetaffy.in.
