In the case of online payment, the refund amount will be transferred withing 5-7 days after the pickup of the returned products.

All items in the "Fill the Closet" collection are available at a flat price of ₹199 each.
A maximum of 3 items can be purchased per order. If you wish to purchase more than 3 items, you will need to place multiple orders.
A shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to each order.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹100 will apply. This COD charge is non-refundable.
Items purchased under this offer/collection are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item received is damaged.
In case of receiving a damaged item, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photos.

Return and Exchange Policy

4. Return Charges

Prepaid Orders: ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from the refund per return request.
COD Orders: ₹100 forward shipping charge is non-refundable + ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted.

5. Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 working days after the return pickup is completed by our courier partner.
COD Orders: Customers must provide their bank account number and IFSC code. Refund will be processed to the provided bank account within 5–7 working days after the return pickup is completed.
