Product information
- Products can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. A fee of ₹100 will be applied for each return/exchange
- In case of COD payment, the customer has to provide their bank account number and IFSC code to us. Please mail bank details to support@thetaffy.in
- In the case of online payment, the refund amount will be transferred withing 5-7 days after the pickup of the returned products.
